Feathered Nest Cluster Freebie

Sorry I've been MIA the past few weeks. With Easter and two kids with birthdays all right next to each other, it's been crazy. So here's a little motivational page I made using the Feathered Nest Collection. I shrunk all the solid papers to serve as my "tiled" background. Love the soft colors and natural elements. I've also got the cluster as a freebie for you today. Enjoy!

When I saw Binty's layout made with this gorgeous kit, I just had to work myself with Moment in Time!

 I love the vintage style in combination with the old photos I have. I used a template from Busy Bee Designs.

Farm Chic

I made another layout with the gorgeous kit Farm Chic. This time in combination with a template from our team member Cheryl aka Fiddle-Dee-Dee. The design of the template works great with the style of the kit!

Easter On The Farm

Did you all have a wonderful Easter? Today we invited my parents for a lunch in the garden. With the sunny weather is was really great to sit outside with delicious salads, tomatoes and different kinds of bread. I just had to make a layout with the photos my husband took of it (unfortunately he isn't on any of the photos). And the perfect kit to use is Easter On The Farm, the newest kit from Susan!

There are so many typical Easter elements in this kit, but also lots and lots of natural stuff, so you can use this kit also for Spring layouts.

Toy Story

After a sunny Easter tonight I just had to play a bit in Photoshop again. This time I played with Toy Story, a fun kit for the photos of your playing children! There is a huge variety in toys and I love the colors of this kit!

It's such a decadent treat to peruse Susan's collections, but equally difficult to narrow down my paper and element choices! LOL! This week I'm here to share with you a layout of my beautiful daughter created with Feathered Nest. Wild Strawberries

I made another layout with Wild Strawberrries. The kit is perfect with the mood I'm in, because we have such great weather in the Netherlands, it's just like Summer!
I combined the kit with a template from Busy Bee Designs. I love the design in combination with the Wild Strawberries kit.

Wild Strawberries

Last week there was a new release in the shop at Raspberry Road Designs called Wild Strawberries! It's a kit with wonderful colors and it's loaded with my favorite fruit, strawberries! So I couldn't resist to use this 'delicious' kit!

Painted Splendor

I just had to do another layout with Painted Splendor! The kit is so gorgeous with all the flowers in these blue tones! I used a template from Damayanti Studio and it works well with all the elements of Painted Splendor.

Hiya Everyone!

I know it's been a bit since I've posted but I've been scrapping like crazy behind the scenes, trying to get some pretty quickpages and other stuff ready for the shoppe.
The Easter holiday is almost here, and it's one of my favorite times for sure! I love getting together with my family and friends and the warm spring air is so refreshing! (and the Easter egg hunt ain't too shabby either, lol.)Anyways, I have hundreds of spring photos backlogged and decided to scrap a bit of them this week:





This page here combines a bunch of Susan's kits, but mainly her Baskets & Bunnies and Easter Thyme kits. There are a few bits from other designers, but this is 99% her. Isn't it too cute? I adore those eggshells and fuzzy chicks!

Everything is on sale this weekend, so make sure to go pick up these adorable kits!!!

Botanical Bliss

I made another layout with a template from Cheryl aka Fiddle-Dee-Dee in combination with a kit from Susan. For this layout I chose one of my favorite kits, Botanical Bliss. Normally I don't scrap with busy backgrounds, but with the papers in this kit I just love the result!

Painted Splendor

And again a layout from me. Now with the amazing Painted Splendor. I love flowers and there are lots of them in this kit!
I combined Painted Splendor with a template from our team member Cheryl aka Fiddle-Dee-Dee. She has a new set called Fuss Free: Gimme Layers Spaced Out vol.1 in her shop. As you can see Painted Splendor works great with a template!

Vineyard

I'm sorry, but I just can't stop playing with Susan's kits! So also today I have a layout to show to you. This time I used the amazing kit Vineyard. Last year I was looking for a kit like this, but couldn't find it. But now I discovered Vineyard, I think I have to redo my layouts I already did with the photos of the cute little German town Ahrweiler.

Ocean Solace

Since I started playing with Susan's kit I just can't choose what I'll be working with next. I just want to play with it all! So how do I choose? Well, I look at the theme of the kit and the colors. I try something different every time. So the next kit was Ocean Solace, a gorgeous beach/sea kit with amazing colors!

The colors are a bit vintage and, lucky me, I have wonderful beach photos from the family around 1930-1940! So it's the perfect combination!

Nature Retreat

I did an extra layout with Nature Retreat. The natural elements are just perfect with the photo of me and my husband taken last week in the fields of Limburg in the Netherlands!

Farm Chic

I was looking through Susan's older kits and Farm Chic caught my eye! Such a wonderful kit!

I just love the colors and style of everything! And also the possibilities to create totally different layouts with it!

Nature Retreat

I worked with an older kit from Susan today, Nature Retreat. Such a gorgeous kit! It's loaded with natural elements, different bugs and other fun things!

This is my layout with it:

I took the photo of the blossom tree last week, when we were on vacation. I saw the tree and I just had to make a photo of it!

Memoirs & Keepsakes

Here's another layout I made with the wonderful kit Memoirs & Keepsakes. The vintage style of this kit is so gorgeous and the colors are perfect with the old photo.

Memoirs & Keepsakes

I have lots of old photos. I got them from my mother in law who has many photos of her grandparents and parents. So some of these photos are really old. And to scrap them in the old style Memoirs & Keepsakes by Raspberry Road Designs is just perfect!

As you can see, the colors of the papers and elements of Memoirs & Keepsakes are a very good combination with the old photo of the parents of my mother in law!

Farmer's Almanac

This is such a fun kit for those county fair, petting zoo, country ride- or whatever else you can think of- memories!!!

Botanical Bliss

I used to be a paper scrapper from 2003 until I discovered scrapping could be done digital too in 2007. Since then I'm addicted to digital scrapping. But I still visit the stores in the Netherlands who have paper stuff. Last week I saw some very nice botanical stuff and wanted to buy it for a layout I will never make, because I don't do paper scrapping anymore. My husband said: don't buy it, there must be a digital kit in the same style! And he was right, I just had to check out the shop at Raspberry Road Designs to find Susan's amazing kit Botanical Bliss!

I so love this kit Feathered Nest, that I just had to make another layout with it!

On the photo you see me and my husband. It's taken a week ago when we were on a short vacation. I think the natural colors of Feathered Nest are perfect with this kind of photos!

Tag Sale Cluster Freebie

Hi guys! Sorry it's been so long since I've been around! We've had a lot of stuff going on with kids in swim lessons, us training for a 5k, and dh traveling to NY for work quite often. It's been a blur around here since February. At any rate, I finally got a chance to scrap today, and I have to tell you, I am LOVING Susan's Tag Sale Kit! It goes along perfectly with another kit I have that I've been using to make my ABC's of me album, which is great because I was running out of ideas on ways to mix things up with the other kit! The wire frame font on here is from Ziggle designs, but other than that, it's all Susan! :) I've included a cluster from this page since I know most of you don't scrap in 5x7 format!
