I made it to the FINALS!

I hope you don't mind if I toot my own horn a little, but as you may know, I've been on the DT at ScrapbookChallenges.com almost as long as I've been on the CT here... well, this past month we've had an event running called March Madness, where each week the 16 DT members were competing against each other to make it to the finals. We're a group of traditional, digi, and hybrid scrappers, and after 3 rounds of challenges, I've made it to the finals as the last digi scrapper standing! The final challenge is simply to use this photo as inspiration in anyway we want:

I knew I would use the red, yellow, teal, grey combo and LOTS of clustering... so which designer do you think I would choose for my kit?! Susan at RRD of course! The Y Chromosome kit had everything I needed for this challenge... the same colors, and lots of circular elements to work into my clustering.

In this particular case, the kit lead the charge in what photo I chose to scrap... my son's first attempt at one of those freebie woodworking clinics at Lowe's. We didn't have time to do it there, so we brought it home and Daddy helped him put it all together. So smash all that inspiration together and you get:
